Fast, accurate service.

Very nice place to get a bite to eat breakfast is what I had

Fast food but local land mark with little competition for their level. Better than local mom and pop restaurants good management team in place.

Pretty fresh food considering a longer wait time as it's a slower business. Usually 1-2 people working. Also noticed this in Cullman off 2nd.

The last three months the customer count at the location has gone down the dining is practically empty in the morning . It used to be packed for breakfast . The change to coincide with the change of the main manager & the almost complete change of the whole crew. The manager crew are no longer friendly with the customer especially the main manager !! Food in the morning is still good but most former diners are going to Jack's . When asked it is due to the unit manager .

Very busy at breakfast time ,the crew didn't fall behind an food was delicious.

Wasn't horrible but not the best I have had. They are more liked for their breakfast. Even the box lunches comes with several options but it's more like a kids meal. The burgers are plain and small

Food was hot but ordered a burger special with lettuce and tomatoes was charged but didn't get

I don't know why this is the only Hardee's that will only sell medium drinks for $1 except in the drive thru. Not in the restaurant. *Wonder why?

Was about 2 other customers plus me, took a good 20 minutes to get my order.. only orderd 2 combos

We came in this evening. I ordered one of the newer items on the menu. The gal taking our order took over 5 minutes and still did not find the new item to even ring us up. With this being said, we told her thank you and we will go somewhere else. We were not greeted at all when coming in. The person at the register did not say anything at all until we spoke. This location really needs to learn what customer service is. It is okay to not be fully trained on how to find something on your register, but at least say "hi, bear with me" or something.

Good breakfast fast food. Not so great lunch and dinner food though.

This Hardees is the hometown place where everyone meets. My aunt and uncle go here every day and are the queen and king of the store. Posting a pic.

Nice staff, nice food, nothing special

2 people working not busy at all I'm the only one inside and had to wait for 15 mins or more to get my food. Fries was ok. Burger was cold

I have had it with this place. I go through the drive through every morning I order the same thing. I do this because I love their breakfast. Sometimes i have no straw other times I have no fork. One time I had gravy no biscuit. One time I had a flat biscuit with a half bowl of gravy.they are not even busy . Very seldom do they get everything right. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review.i guess I'll be going to McDonald's from now on.

This hardees in hartselle (afternoon ), is good! Right now. It must be the cook. In the past 6 wks I've been 3 times. I just got the standard cheeseburger and fries and I don't know exactly how to describe it, but they were tasty and hot ! Even the fries. Feels good when you order something and it actually looks like the picture!

I hadn't eaten any other than breakfast here in a long time. In the last 10 days I've eaten here 3 times because of the hot ham & cheese that is wonderful. The fries have been fresh & perfect. The best part is the price!! Pleasantly surprised!

Great service, great food. I had the patty melt meal. And Shannon the front cashier is awesome. Never met someone in customer service/food service that was so nice and professional!!!

Sandwiches were not as good as I have had in the past. Service was above average.

As far as Hardee's goes, this one is average. The inside is open and comfortable, but the decor is a little dated. The staff is super friendly, but the location tends to be fairly understaffed. The service inside and at the drive through window has aleays been timely for me.

The chicken fingers were burnt but like warm like they were like warm, fried were cold even considering that I waited 5-10 minutes for my food to be prepared.

The thickburger had so much ketchup and mayo on it we couldn't hold it and eat it like a burger. It slipped apart and no matter what you did the sandwich would not hold together. So we got a knife and fork and ate it that way. The burger it self tasted good that's why I gave it a star.

My husband and I were in a rush to eat and drove to the Hartselle Hardee's the food smelled odd when we walked in, but since it was early in the morning I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we ordered our food the staff seemed like zombies which is normal, but when they handed us the food I noticed the biscuits were burned. The edges were black and the centers were dark brown. I tried eating it, but all I could taste was burnt dough and butter. I tried cutting it with a fork and knife and it broke the knife. The sausage gravy and the hash browns were cold by the time we recieved them, the biscuits were burnt and hard as a rock. When I complained they acted like it wasn't their problem. When my husband got home he threw up the food and we both immediately had to go to bed before even feeling well enough to do anything. I honestly want my money back, but I highly doubt that will happen. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! I don't want anyone else to experience what my husband and I have.

Good biscuits as always. Fairly Fast service for breakfast.

Slow, food is average Hardee's food nothing special. Breakfast is the recommended meal at this location.

Hardee's has great food overall (but especially breakfast) everyone is really nice and this place is also affordable.

Didnt put as much gravey on our food as other Hardees

Food is always great and made to order. Occasionally there is a snafu, but they've always made it right.
